Shahnawaz Chachar led the STAEP (Strengthening Transparency, Accountability, and Electoral Processes) project as program manager. Funded by The Asia Foundation and managed by FAFEN (Free & Fair Elections Network) and implemented by GSF (Goth Seengar Foundation) in three National Assembly constituencies in Sindh, the project aimed to improve elections and governance. Activities included pre- and post-election observation, long-term observation, governance monitoring, voter mobilization, and constituency relations groups. He conducted baseline studies, designed the methodology, oriented staff, engaged with stakeholders, and managed project scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
